This programme is with TVET components – 70% practical, 30% theory.

Students will study on all the components of car (conventional & touching abit into hybrid car). They will study on the theoretical portions, extending into the basic technical parts whereby they’ll be able to trouble-shoot, and be able to perform diagnostic test and analyse the various components of the automotive car (engine/ air-cond./ tyres/ electronic).

The Diploma in Automotive Technology will give the learner the necessary skills, experience and ability to understand automotive technology and performance automotive servicing and maintenance. The programme will also develop the learner’s passion for automotive servicing and maintenance working environment and build the learner’s knowledge of automotive technology advancement. The opportunity to study specific areas such as advancement of the automotive industry and technology will give the learner a focus on interest areas when the learner starts a profession related to automotive industry.
